A native’s dream come true! Located at the corner of Main and Commerce Streets in Downtown Historic Berlin the doors to my ‘vision’ were thrown open for business in May 1994. Over the past 15 years, with the aid of my beloved family and wonderful friends, VICTORIAN CHARM has become the premier ‘feel good’ shopping venue for community neighbors as well as always welcomed visitors to the Eastern Shore of Maryland.
